MindEase uses a combination of essential storage, account services, and optional analytics to provide the site and its private tools.
MindEase uses essential storage and similar technologies so the site can function. This includes sign-in persistence, saved consent preferences, and app caching for the installable web app.
If you choose to allow analytics, MindEase also uses analytics cookies or similar measurement technologies to understand how the site is used and which pages are most helpful.
Analytics is off by default until you choose to allow it in the consent banner. If you decline analytics, the site can still be used normally for sign in, journaling, mood tracking, audio, and other tools.
The journal is designed so entries are encrypted in the browser before they are saved. Mood tracker and Priority Matrix entries are tied to the signed-in user account.
